A Will is a legal document that establishes what you would like to happen to your assets, who will look after your minor children, funeral arrangements, etc upon your death. You will name someone as the Executor of your wishes.
A Living Will directs medical staff & expresses your wishes regarding life sustaining treatments should you become incompetent. Typically, a Living Will is accompanied by a Medical Power of Attorney that allows the representative to make medical decisions on your behalf

Power Of Attorney is used to select an individual(s) to handle Medical decisions, Financial affairs and other tasks on your behalf. You can choose the duration of the POA, for a specific time or for the duration of your life.
**This service will require 2 (two) impartial witnesses with a valid government ID. We provide witness(es) services, if needed. Please see "POA + Witness Package" **
